Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different areas of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
